At New Beginnings Consignment Shop, the items you’re purchasing belong to individual consignors (people just like you) who have entrusted us to sell their gently used clothing, footwear, and accessories on their behalf. Once an item is sold, the consignor earns a percentage of the sale, and that payout is often processed quickly.

For this reason, we cannot reverse a sale, accept returns, or issue refunds without affecting someone else’s earnings. All sales are final.
