Label your bin clearly with your first and last name.

You bring your items (max 15)
We are looking for your best spring items - max 10-15 items (no bulk drop-offs) ​​that must be:

Items from the last three years, including the following:
-
Coats: denim jackets, windbreakers, raincoats, puffer jackets, vests
-
Footwear: waterproof boots, hiking boots, casual shoes
-
Clothing: cotton or linen items (spring colours!), sundresses, very recent mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses, hats, blouses, collared shirts, leisure active wear (think: lululemon, champion, under armour, roots), shorts, capris, culottes
-
Other items: brand new bathing suits with tags, pyjamas, spring purses, crossbody bags, pouches, wallets, high-end boutique branded items

Delivered in boxes or plastic bins (no garbage bags)
- Labelled with your first name and last name

​Dropped off during store hours

Checked for quality (check your items for holes, wrinkles, stains, smells, wear and tear)
We'll email you letting you know what was accepted. Any unaccepted items must be picked up within 14 business days, or you can choose to have us donate them.

Items we will not be taking: high heels, belts, scrubs, prom wear, bridesmaid dresses, no items without tags, fast fashion brands (including Shein) made from low-quality synthetic fibres.

We curate and price
We review each piece to ensure it meets our standards, then price items based on:

Your items go on the sale floor – ready to be purchased
​Once accepted and priced, your items are beautifully displayed in-store. Our team handles all the selling for you!

You earn
​You receive:

40% of the sale price for items under $100
-
50% of the sale price for items $100 and over
Your earnings are tracked in your Consignor Portal (login details provided after your first drop-off). A small $0.50 processing fee per item sold supports our software and portal access.
​
Use your earnings by:

Shopping in-store using store credit
-
Requesting an e-transfer (includes a $1.50 fee)

Unsold items
​Items are on the floor for 60 days.
You have 1 week after the expiry date to pick up any unsold items. After that, they become the property of the store and may be:

Donated to local charities
-
Resold under the shop’s account to support community initiatives
